Device not connecting to the Internet

**Forget the network and reconnect:**In your Windows settings, go to "Network & Internet" > "Wi-Fi" > "Manage known networks" and select your Wi-Fi network to forget it, then reconnect.

**Disable and re-enable your Wi-Fi adapter:**Right-click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray, select "Open Network and Sharing Center," then click on your Wi-Fi adapter and choose "Disable" and then "Enable".

**Run the Windows Network Troubleshooter:**This can help identify and fix common network problems.

**Reset TCP/IP stack:**Open Command Prompt as administrator and type `ipconfig /flushdns` and then `netsh int ip reset`.
(To open Command Prompt type "cmd" then right click and run as an administrator)

**Check for interference:**

Other devices (cordless phones, baby monitors, microwaves) can interfere with Wi-Fi signals.

**Temporarily disable firewall and antivirus software:** See if these programs are interfering with your internet connection.
